Terms and Conditions – DX777 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to DX777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and DX777 (dx777.click) ("DX777", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the DX777 website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using DX777 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To open a DX777 account and place bets, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. DX777 does not permit minors to register, deposit or bet under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended DX777 account. Only one account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration — including your real name, a valid mobile number and a working email address.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list previously submitted to DX777.

DX777 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account without giving a reason at any time, particularly where we have reason to believe that eligibility conditions have not been met. Any balance held in a closed account will be handled in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

Your DX777 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all accounts held on the DX777 platform:

• Security: You are responsible for keeping your DX777 login credentials — username, password and mobile verification code — strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person. DX777 will never ask for your password via phone, chat or email.
• Single account: Each player is entitled to hold exactly one DX777 account. If you have forgotten your login, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will all be suspended and any bonuses associated with them will be voided.
• Account currency: All DX777 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). You cannot change the account currency after registration.
• Account transfers: DX777 account balances cannot be transferred between accounts. You cannot gift, sell or transfer your account to another person.
• Inactive accounts: A DX777 account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. DX777 will attempt to notify you via your registered mobile number or email before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your DX777 account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled according to their final outcomes before closure. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

DX777 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani rupees (PKR) through the following approved methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. No other payment methods are accepted.

The following rules apply to all DX777 financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. DX777 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support to update your withdrawal details with valid documentation.
• DX777 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — DX777 has no control over these.
• DX777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be provided within 48 hours of the request or the withdrawal may be delayed.
• Winnings derived from funds deposited as part of a bonus promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal rules.

All bets placed on DX777 are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules supplement these where applicable and are published on the relevant product pages within the DX777 platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the DX777 system and a confirmation reference number is issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid regardless of any displayed odds or selections.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet on DX777 is Rs 200. Maximum single-bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the DX777 bet slip before confirmation. DX777 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its sole discretion.
• Odds changes: DX777 operates on a "best odds at time of bet confirmation" basis. If odds change between selection and confirmation, the DX777 system will notify you. You may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet before confirmation.
• Void bets: DX777 may void a bet where an event is cancelled, where a pricing error is identified, where a match is suspended before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, or where evidence of match fixing is identified. Voided bets have the original stake returned to the player's DX777 balance.
• Accumulators: Each selection in a DX777 accumulator must win for the full accumulator payout to be issued. One void or abandoned selection reduces the accumulator by that leg — the remaining selections continue as a reduced accumulator.
• Live betting: In-play bets on DX777 are accepted at the discretion of the trading team. DX777 reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Palpable errors: Any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error (commonly referred to as a palpable error) will be void regardless of the outcome. DX777 reserves the right to correct such errors and re-settle affected bets.

DX777 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion on the DX777 platform:

• Bonuses are available to eligible DX777 accounts only. DX777 determines eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your DX777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements on DX777 are calculated based on real-money bets. Bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering at a rate specified per promotion. Bets at odds below 1.50 may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.
• DX777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including after it has been credited to your account, if we have reason to believe the offer is being abused or if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to DX777 support immediately. DX777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error regardless of whether it has been wagered.
• Bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DX777. Any player found to be engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their account suspended immediately, any associated winnings forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple DX777 accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using coordinated accounts to exploit any promotional offer; placing offsetting bets on both sides of a market solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
• Cheating and technical manipulation: Using automated betting software (bots), scripts or any software that interacts with the DX777 platform in a way not intended for normal player use; exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on DX777 to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in poker, rummy or multi-player card games where other players are involved.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events that you have inside knowledge of or any involvement in influencing. DX777 takes match integrity extremely seriously and cooperates with sporting bodies and authorities on any investigation.
• Money laundering: Using DX777 to process, layer or integrate funds derived from any illegal activity. DX777 complies with anti-money laundering principles and will report suspicious account activity as required.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a DX777 account. Using chargebacks fraudulently after bets have been placed and settled.
• Impersonation: Registering as or claiming to be another person; using another person's identity documents to pass DX777 verification checks.

DX777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Pakistani players on our platform. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment and must always remain within the player's means and control.

DX777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum PKR deposit amount. Once set, a limit cannot be increased without a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which DX777 will prompt you to log off.
• Reality checks: Enable timed reminders during gaming sessions that display your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary exclusion from DX777 for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During a self-exclusion period your DX777 account will be locked and you will not be able to access it or receive promotional communications.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days without permanent exclusion.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit or display any DX777 content in any form without our prior written consent.
• You may not use the DX777 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without written authorisation from DX777.
• Scraping of DX777 odds data, market data or any other content from the DX777 platform using automated means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms as well as applicable data protection and computer misuse laws.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to DX777 may be used by DX777 freely and without compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DX777 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the DX777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from bets placed and settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable betting rules;
• Loss of data, account access or betting history due to technical failure, maintenance or cyber incidents, provided DX777 takes reasonable steps to restore service;
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your DX777 account credentials;
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking institutions;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses regardless of how they arise.

DX777's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or sequence of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to DX777 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DX777 collects and processes personal data from account holders for the purpose of providing betting and gaming services, verifying identity, processing payments and complying with applicable legal obligations. By registering an account on DX777 you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. Key points include:
